Colors to see and eat to exalt the sensorial experience of sight and taste buds in a stimulating contamination of arts: cooking and painting. The idea of this fertile “corruption” is the result of the happy fellowship between us and the Sweden now adopted Orvietan painter Marion Forssell.
The intuition has been translated in one of the surprises that our Champagnaria will offer to the affectionate clients in February.
It is called “Creative Chromatism…sensations and incitements. February, red color in the plate and on the painting, in the glass and in the history”.
The idea is to evoke the sensations connected to a color, each one through its own art and fantasy.
So free run to the imagination. Passionate vital brushworks of Marion that for the occasion, will renovate rigorously in red the paintings that have been always framed the Champagneria. Traditional “ cichetti” of Velia whose creativity will go wild in a visionary delirium of red pepper, red turnip, tomatoes, Trevigian radicchio and…the more you have the more you add it.
A minstrel that comes from the past to remind us of the poetry hidden in certain dishes, then the ballerina with red shoes that dances among red silk curtains, and finally the couple that shows the greatest expression of passion with the tango….for many represented by the red color.
It will not end here….another thousand surprises will go along during the night. We are waiting for you on February 27 and 28.
