Lasagna with Fresh Ricotta Cheese a White Ragout

Ingredients
8 ounces lasagna
1 pound lean ground beef and 3 fresh pork sausages
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove of garlic
Fresh Parsley
Fresh basil
8tb spoons Extravirgin olive oil
5tb spoons of Besciamella sauce
salt and black pepper as you like
grated nutmeg
1 1/2 cups fresh ricotta cheese
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook lasagna according to package directions drain and set aside. In a large pan using the oil brown onion and garlic, add the beef and sausage.
Let it dry a little bit. Add salt and black pepper ( if you like you can add chilly pepper).
Add the fresh ricotta cheese and 5tbs of Besciamella Sauce.
Prepare a baking dish and put a little bit of the sauce at the bottom and then start to do layers of pasta and sauce, three or four times.
Bake lasagna for 30 minutes untill becomes bubbly and crispy.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting and serve about 8/10 pax.
